Talk to a Community Leader: odds are there-s someone in your area already doing something about the green initiatives in your town. Ask for a meeting with them to find out what-s on the docket already and find out how you can help.
Volunteer: If you already know a green company you-d like to work for, start volunteering! There-s no better way to show them you mean business than by donating your time and if it doesn-t turn into a job at least you-ve done something good for your community.
Start Something Small: Think outside the box and start your own green company. Whether it-s an organic farm or something in engineering there are plenty of ways to get off the ground without a lot of capital.
